Biography

Born in England in 1976; after an uneventful childhood I embarked on a career in the British Army. As an Infantry Soldier I learnt to run up big hills, dig holes and drink my own body weight in beer. In 1998 the Military sent me on a Photography course. Having reached the dizzy heights of Corporal in the Army I decided on a career change and left. Initially I explored the avenues of truck driving, removals and sitting behind a desk, eventually realising that I was unable to get a proper job I turned to freelance photography. After completing a further two years of study, I started my own business concentrating on stock and commercial photography. Working mainly from Banja Luka deep in the Former Yugoslavia I am able to exploit the wonderful landscape and rich culture of this region through photography. My location also provides an ideal launch pad for photographic assignments to other European Countries. My life as a photographer has given me the opportunity to experience different cultures and to meet some interesting people. It s a lifestyle I enjoy immensely.
